Knock-Down/Rebuilds and Renovators

Development Applications can be daunting and sometimes problematic.  As we specialise in providing Development Applications, we know what works best and how to prepare a landscape design and associated documentation that improves the chances of having a Development Application approved at first submission. To get the design process started, it is normal practice for clients to provide us with a current copy of their site survey showing boundaries, building alignments, contours, and structures with offsets, fences etc. If you do not have this already, you need to arrange for a registered surveyor to provide this for you.

All too often, landscape construction works take place without appropriate Council consent.
